To Rent Camp Carew
Camp Carew's facilities are available for special events during our off season. We look forward to hosting your church, your organization, or your family event!
For many years Camp Carew has hosted weddings, family reunions, conferences, presbytery meetings, and retreats. Our facilities have heating, air conditioning, and air filtration that make them ideal for groups wishing to take advantage of the beautiful woods of Little Grassy Lake inside the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge.

Calvin Hall
Calvin Hall's lower level includes our kitchen and dining hall as well as a large craft and performance area. The upstairs includes our large meeting room and the camp offices.
Modern Cabins
McNabb and Ryman are modern year-round cabins. They have their own bathrooms with showers and kitchens. They also have small meeting areas suitable for 6 to 8 people. Ryman sleeps 14 and McNabb sleeps 16 in rooms for 2 to 4 people. These cabins have heating and air-conditioning.
Traditional Cabins
Knox and Witherspoon are traditional year-round cabins. These are both dormitory style. Knox sleeps 10, and Witherspoon sleeps 15. Both of these cabins have heating and air-conditioning.
Hogans
Our modern hogans sleep four with screened windows and doors. These hogans are a way to camp without the bugs. Our rustic hogans provide a relatively authentic wilderness experience
Camp Carew welcomes campers from all religious traditions.
Camp Carew is a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
Camp Carew complies with the American Camp Association and the CDC guidelines as they pertain to Camp Carew.
